30-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Free of stains, odors, or damage

Returned with original tags and packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Clearance or final-sale items

Customized or personalized designs

Items showing signs of wear or washing
Exchanges
If you need a different size or design, we offer easy exchanges. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send the replacement at no additional charge (U.S. orders only).
Return Shipping

If the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake, we will cover return shipping.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will replace it at no cost.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@aritdthread.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
